GC Insight is part of the Growth Company group. We draw on the skills of ekosgen and Winning Moves as well as colleagues in the Growth Company (GC). We work together to provide a broad and deep range of research and advisory consultancy support for our clients.
We aim to grow our offer by delivering excellent support that helps our clients fully understand the context in which they are delivering and make better informed decisions that enhance their positive impact on the world around us. We will do this by working collaboratively with our clients and by building strong relationships with partner organisations that can add additional expertise and capacity to our core team.
ekosgen and Winning Moves continue to operate as distinct trading and legal entities, offering their established clients the same level of service that has been the bed-rock of their commercial achievements. GC Insight is building on the investments made in ekosgen and Winning Moves to broaden the range of work we deliver and to offer our clients a seamless service drawing on the right skills and capacity across the team.

ekosgen was established in 2002, and is now one of the UK's leading independent companies providing economic and social research, analysis and consultancy advice. Since being acquired by the Growth Company Group in March 2021, ekosgen has continued to grow its team and presence across the UK, including through the opening of a new London office to supplement its bases in Manchester and Glasgow.
Winning Moves was established in 1995. Originating as a technology company, the organisation has evolved to design and deliver both offline and digital business support solutions – including through its’ flagship Benchmark index ,With the acquisition of Databuild in 2016, Winning Moves’ offer was extended to include robust research and evaluation.
