People

Employability, inclusion & wellbeing.
Education, skills & learning.
Workforce planning.

GC Insight works with clients that support people at every stage of the skills pipeline - from early years to post-16 learning, career development, and those in work. We are also committed to working with those who face barriers to accessing education and the labour market.

Our expertise lies in developing strategy and providing research and analysis to shape and inform interventions across education, skills, and the workforce. We track demographic changes, examine deprivation, health and wellbeing, interpret labour market trends, identify key sectors and growth opportunities, establish the supply of skills, and forecast skills demand.

We work closely with employers and stakeholders to identify workforce needs and challenges. We generate evidence and insight to inform a whole system approach to ensure a sustained and responsive supply of skilled labour to help drive growth in specific locations and sectors.

Our team conducts programme and project evaluations in skills, employability, and health and wellbeing, providing insight into what works, under what circumstances, and integrating lessons from new approaches.

This breadth of experience allows us to offer clients informed, actionable insights that help shape effective policies and practices while improving opportunities for individuals and businesses.
