Scottish Enterprise’s newly formed team on Digital & High Value Manufacturing (HVM) sought GC Insight's advice to develop a priority strategic investment plan for their activities.
Specifically, we:
Helped assemble a long list of potential investment areas drawing on local assets and global market opportunities for system level change
Developed an assessment framework to help the team identify a priority set of high impact interventions
Created a series out intervention outlines and logic models to capture the scope, scale and potential benefits that the shortlisted interventions could secure.
The output will be used to help Scottish Enterprise develop a future investment programme to support growth in its Digital and HVM sectors.
