ekosgen prepared documents to support the planning application for a new stadium on a greenbelt site in Kidlington for the Oxford United Football Club.

The stadium proposals include a 16,000-capacity stadium, a 180-bed hotel for visitors and a range of commercial and ancillary uses.

ekosgen prepared a benefits statement which set out the economic and social impacts of the proposals, as well as a Socio-economic ES Chapter as part of the EIA. A Health Impact Assessment was also carried out in line with OxLEPs requirements. Our reports are being used to help secure planning permission and secure development on the site.
