GC Insight was commissioned by Cheshire West and Chester LEP, working with and Marketing Cheshire, to deliver a feasibility study and options appraisal for a potential Accommodation Business Improvement District (ABID) within the Cheshire West and Chester administrative area.

We conducted extensive consultation with public and private stakeholders and considered options against an evidence base that we developed. The outcome was agreement to proceed with a Chester ABID and GC Insight was commissioned to deliver Phase 2, the development of the ABID that included modelling, consultations and production of the Business Plan and other requirements of the BID process. We collaborated with Locus Management Solutions on both project phases, who provided BID regulatory advice and input throughout the project.
