The Council were seeking a strategy to guide economic development activity and secure inclusive economic growth.  A range of actions were developed across the themes of people, place and prosperity.

We specifically:

• Prepared a detailed evidence base on the socio-economic issues for the area with a Power BI dashboard.
• Carried out a consultations and focus groups with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Developed a vision, priorities and actions which formed a strategy for the area, which was supplemented by a more detailed action plan.

This output will inform economic development activities in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This is a strong alignment with other documents such as the updated Local Plan.
