The Manchester Accommodation Business Improvement District needed a Monitoring Dashboard to oversee its delivery.

Our Role:​

GC Insight was commissioned by the Manchester ABID to: 

• Develop a comprehensive progress monitoring dashboard and annual monitoring report. The dashboard and report were based on specific KPIs related to the visitor economy in the Manchester ABID area as outlined in the ABID’s business plans.
• Engage closely with the Manchester ABID team and delivery partners, working in collaboration to identify metrics that are appropriate to use when monitoring the key outcomes and outputs of the ABID’s activity.
• Produce a metrics framework, including monitoring visitors, footfall, events, visitor website impressions and more

Outcome:

We established a dashboard intended to act as a live tool for partners and members of the ABID group to monitor how well the ABID is performing relative to a benchmark position.
