We prepared the Strategic Outline Case and subsequent Outline Business Case for an integrated £10 million programme of investment submitted to the Scottish Government and Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
The investment programme comprised three capital and four revenue projects designed to support the development of the creative sector in the Western, Shetland and Orkney Isles.
Our role involved supporting the client and partners over a 24-month period, co-producing the investment proposals – through in-depth desk research, weekly consultation and collaboration with 20 partners – and the required financial and economic analysis underpinning the proposed investments.
The proposal successfully proceeded to Full Business Case stage and ekosgen has been commissioned to support the client on its preparation.
