Inclusive Economy Strategy for Greenwich

Client: Royal Borough of Greenwich

The Council were seeking a strategy to guide economic development activity and secure inclusive economic growth. A range of actions were developed across the themes of people, place and prosperity.

We specifically:

Prepared a detailed evidence base on the socio-economic issues for the area with a Power BI dashboard.
Carried out a consultations and focus groups with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Developed a vision, priorities and actions which formed a strategy for the area, which was supplemented by a more detailed action plan.

This output will be used to inform economic development activities in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. There is a strong alignment with other documents such as as the updated Local Plan.
