Socio-economic case making for Stratford High Street

  • Year: 2023-2024
  • Client: Dominus
  • Delivered By: ekosgen

Dominus have submitted a planning application for a 700-bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)-led scheme, including affordable workspace and a community pub on a brownfield site on Stratford High Street.

ekosgen was commissioned to prepare a socio-economic benefits statement articulating the quantifiable benefits associated with the development. This includes employment and GVA, student and visitor spending and wider social and regeneration benefits. We also prepared a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) and an Equalities Impact Assessment (EqIA). The three documents have been submitted alongside the planning application and will help to demonstrate the significant positive impacts which the development will bring to the local area.
