The Harworth Groups Sites Impact Assessments

We have prepared an annual assessment each year since 2016 of the potential benefits that the Group’s employment, housing and mixed-use sites could deliver across the UK if they were fully built-out and occupied.

Used as evidence in bids and discussions with investors and funding bodies, the report estimates employment, GVA, business rates and council tax benefits. It also considers the wider regeneration impacts and the effects that developments could have in deprived areas. 

Importantly, the 2023 analysis also begins to take account of social value, identifying indicators against which the Group can collect data to enable a fuller assessment in 2024.
